Racking installed to drawing, to tolerance, to date.
Pallet racking, ASRS and clad-rack installation crews for the UK and Europe. We work as the installation subcontractor for racking manufacturers and automation integrators, and have done since 2020.
Send project details What we installApproved installer for the largest racking manufacturers in Europe, vetted and re-vetted year after year.
What a manufacturer gets from us
You design it and supply it. We put it up so it matches the drawing, passes the handover, and your client never has to call you about it again.
- Since 2020Trading in this form as a bona fide contractor. Two companies, one crew, UK and Romania.
- To 35 mInsured and equipped for high bay and clad rack. Employers' liability £10m, public liability £5m.

What we install
From a dozen bays of APR to a 30-metre automated clad rack. Pick a system for the detail.
ASRS and automated systems
Miniload, high bay, crane and shuttle-based automated storage. Installed to FEM tolerances so the automation runs.
Pallet racking
Adjustable pallet racking, double deep, narrow aisle. The bread and butter, done properly.
Drive-in and drive-through
High-density lanes where rail alignment decides whether the trucks get in and out.
Shuttle racking
Semi-automated lanes. Rail level and lane squareness matter more than anywhere else.
Pallet flow and push-back
Gravity lanes with rollers and brakes. Pitch set right or the pallets don't move.
Clad rack and high bay
Racking that is the building. Craned, surveyed, and bolted up to 35 metres.
Mezzanines and multi-tier
Rack-supported and free-standing mezzanines, multi-tier shelving with walkways.
Cantilever racking
Columns and arms for long, awkward loads. Timber, pipe, steel, boards.
Shelving and carton live
Longspan, boltless, carton flow. Fast to put up, easy to get wrong at scale.
Why integrators keep calling the same crew
Automation is unforgiving. A rail a few millimetres out at the top of a 30-metre aisle means a crane that faults, a commissioning engineer who waits, and a programme that slips. We install automated systems the way the automation needs them, not the way conventional racking tolerates.
We also sort the part nobody wants to think about: a workforce that is legal on site in the UK and in every EU country we work in. Right to work in the UK, A1 posting into Europe, visas for our British passport holders. Our problem, not yours.
We don't just put racking up. We make sure your name on it still looks good in ten years.
We train our own, all the way up
Twelve safety and site modules for every installer, delivered online where they can be. Our own fourteen-unit ASRS qualification for everyone on an automated job, because no regulated one exists. And an eighteen-month graduate programme for the engineers who set the structures out.
Two bases, one crew
Hinckley in the East Midlands and Întorsura in Dolj. Teams mobilise from either side depending on where the job is, and the same supervisors run both. If the drawing says Haverfordwest or Hasselt, we'll be there.
